2017 Sixers Offseason III: A Fultz Paradise

What a deal BC did. We could still conceivably get both the 2018 and 2019 #1 picks.

Can't wait for the season to start.

feel like those picks are a bit of a burden this year. in future years when we're good they'd be nice as tradable assets to make a deal more attractive for the other squad, but this year we're short on roster space, and the 2nd round Euros all look like big men that are looong shots. That said, I'm still on the Alpha Kbba train. choo choo.

6'10, 7'5 wing span. can shoot, pretty smooth per that vid. Him, TLC & Embiid could be French speaking pals. Annoy all the American guys and what not.

Embiid just joined Retweet Armageddon retweeting a Howard Eskin tweet about Dario never coming over

Chris Ryan was an appropriate level of dick on Simmons podcast today.

Oak, #36,#39, and a future #1 for the Knicks #8. Draft Monk and they'll have the 2017 version of Hal Greer and Archie Clark.

You really think Monk is going to be there at 8? I guess he could be, but I think I'd rather sign a shooter and take someone else at 8.

you're insane as usual. Simmons called the podcast the WTF trade edition on twitter, and was in bad spirits about it from the get go.

I get that the idea of sports rivalries are beneath you, maybe if Ryan would have told Simmons he looked like a lesbian you would have enjoyed it more.

is the premise of your half assed zinger supposed to be that I didn't like it? I thought it was a fine podcast. if you wan't to deconstruct sports rivalries, sure go nuts, but didn't really pick up that vibe from this podcast too much.

I liked how he came in hot making fun of Ainge and then made the Boston Sports Guy and a guy that used to write for CelticsBlog answer whether they honestly liked Ainge as a drafter after they just spent the previous 15 minutes trying to figure out why the trade made sense and comparing Ainge to Bellichek. Then later he sort of gloated about how he would have given up a lot more for Fultz. It was a funny thing to do, and a refreshing change of pace from Simmons' employees being super deferential to him. Simmons is at his best when the guest isn't afraid to reel him in imo.

He didn't go overboard with it or make it a huge deal hence "appropriate."
