Our magical set piece defending pixie dust has abandoned us at an inopportune time

The combination of giving away needless free kicks and not defending them at all is not going well

We won a lot of games earlier this season while not playing well. It would be good if we could start doing that again.

Or start playing well. That would be another positive option that I would embrace.

Oh no he was the reason, his influence completely permeated that club, it'll take years for the scum to recover.

can you explain this some more? I thought they won some games awhile back and were turning the corner

A tie!!!

Pretty cool match.

WestHam playing with lots of heart. Actually could have won.

Liverpool had some chances as well. Pretty cool.
Teams lie, sometimes for good reasons, sometimes for bad. They do it to get an advantage while they look at the trade market or just because they can

Wenger basically had his hands in every facet of the club and his inability to stop the scum from having a soft centre was club-wide. Essentially there's too many players in the club who aren't going to work hard without the ball outside of a few matches. Emery had them going well as a new manager but eventually Wenger's legacy won out.

That club aside from a few new names is essentially the same as it was under Wenger, only they had some better results early in the season.

I think Palm was asking about was the excitement over an early season run of good form for Scum. Even with 13 straight games without a loss or whatever they, as a whole, have been mediocre at best and deserve their "best of the mid table" spot they're in. Unlikely they'll be in the champions league next year.

Just realized ManU have passed them. Incredible.
I had a meeting at the Pentagon with lots of generals. They were like from a movie. Better looking than Tom Cruise & stronger.

It's all the same really, they just had a few good results that papered over the cracks (our Derby loss for example).

Across all comps they won 11 straight from August 25th - October 22nd and didn't lose until Dec 18th. It looked frustratingly likely Emery had turned things around for them and yet they're in line for a Europa spot with squad drama.
