They need to find one more top-3 round draft pick and restock the lines. This is a big offseason for Howie and friends. I'd like Graham back, Darby if he'll take a reasonable deal. Love Peters, but he's getting hurt a lot now--best for him and the Eagles for him to hang 'em up. Sudfeld and Elliot should be back. Get some free agents that will have impact, especially on defense. What does "still on roster after Super Bowl" mean? They have three weeks to cut him or keep him?
Marquelle Fultz: (6/23) "My goal is to be the best player in the NBA."
Ben Simmons: (8/28) "My goal is to be the best in the league."
Don't fight, Embiid has this covered.

I think they have until March 13 when the 2019 league year starts. If he's still on the roster on the first day, his option is locked in

Drunk and stupid is no way to be remembered but it is an easy way to forget.

But I took them away from all that. Now they work for me.

I look back at this season and realize we were without McLeod, Barnett, Darby, and Jernigan for most of it. Hopefully everyone remembers that when calling for Schwartz to be fired.

I would probably just keep Peters. If he plays even two thirds of the snaps at this year's level that's worth $8M. Not to mention the not insignificant factors of his leadership and legacy

My thoughts:

1. I'd re-sign Brandon Graham. He wants to stay I think and I believe in that PFF review.
2. Maybe we draft one OL with our Top 3 picks but I also think we need to cross our fingers and hope Mailata and Pryor can play even though we red-shirted them all season long.
3. Time to say goodbye to Jason Peters and for cap reasons Tim Jernigan.
4. Draft a DT in the first since everyone seems to think that is where the real value is.
5. If I'm choosing between Tate and Agholor, I pick Agholor.
6. Take a RB with one of our 2nds.
7. CB does not seem like a pressing need at all to me since it looks Douglas, Maddox and Le Blanc can play. But I also consider moving Douglas to safety.
8. I honestly don't know what to do with Jordan Hicks. He's good but can't ever stay on the field.
9. Have to give Sudfeld the high tender
10. If Ajayi and Darby want to come back on one year show me deals, welcome them back.

Agreed, especially with the Brooks injury. Need as much continuity as possible.

Yeah is it such a foregone conclusion Peters is gone? It seemed that way heading into the year but at this point they might need to squeeze one more out of him.

Hicks seemed to disappear and wasn't the playmaker he was in the past.

I'd actually keep Peters on the last year of his deal. I know he's a big cap # but when his backups of Vaitai and Mailata make $1.3MM combined to back him up, I'd give him another year. He was dominant down the stretch even while dealing with injuries. He is going to come in and out of games bc of age.

They'll have a 3 week window to trade Foles. They can exercise the option in Februay and then tag him to see if they can swing a deal in the weeks leading up to free agency. If they rescind the tag before the league year starts, they get the cap # back. It will probably mean we take less because we are over a barrel but then if they rescind, they'll get a 2020 comp pick.

They have a lot of inexpensive options now in the secondary so I'd like to see Darby back on a "prove I'm healthy" contract and sign a vet safety to compliment Jenkins.

I'm worried about age catching up with Jenkins and Kelce most notably (hopefully he comes back). They'll need depth on the line bc who knows when Brooks will be back to full health and even when he is, it takes time to get to 100%.

I don't think we can/should spend $9MM on Agholor.

Allen Robinson got a 3/42 with 25m guaranteed on his "prove it deal" after an ACL. I think Darby is going to get a little less but something similar. He's most likely gone. No idea what Ajayi is going to get.

BG is the only one I'd be even remotely upset about losing, which is nice.

Tate said he is not going for biggest payday. Winning matters. I’m in the minority but I like Tate especially if you get a burner like DJax. Alshon/DJax/Tate/Nellie is pretty good. Then you have Mack on ST and your 5th WR. Obv depends on price but an entire offseason to really get to know the offense and work with Wentz would be fun.

I can't see them paying Tate (even at a discount) and then keep Agholor at $9MM and sign DJax. Don't forget Alshon has a $14.725 MM cap hit next year. Howie isn't going to spend that much on WR. I actually think they'll have the luxury of going cheap at WR because they'll have Ertz and Goeddert on the field together often next year. I wouldn't be surprised to see both Tate and Agholor gone.

Yup it's either Nellie or Tate imo, not both.
