It happens every year when football starts. They can't do two things at once, I guess.

Fack. Oh well. My offense shouldve been good but was #$!&@. I must've lost 25-30 games on Sundays this year. Just terrible.

Still funny though that it actually declared me a winner for a while. Pretty dumb.

It was a great run by Werthless. It wasn't too long ago he was last in the standings (along with me)

Fun while it lasted. A little luck and a lot of good hitting, helped by Jennings and Lawrie being called up, certainly helped.

Time to add some prospects.

I'm in an "all hands on deck" situation right now. I've used up all my moves for the week for the first time all season.

gonna be an intense final 3 days.

im down 4-6, but HR and SB are tied.

If the matchup is tied, it goes to regular season h2h, which i won (won 7-5, tied 6-6)

I needed to go 6-6 to win because I own the tiebreaker

Runs = locked up
2B = locked up
OB% = locked up
SB = pretty close to locked up
HR = still close (up 2)
RBI = moderately close (up 5)

Wins = I'm not winning this one
Saves = I'm down 1
ERA = pretty comfortable lead, but no starts left for me, he has Hamels and Dempster.
WHIP = modest lead for me, I just have relievers
Strikeouts = I lost
Holds = I lost

So he has to completely turn 3 categories. I'd say HR, RBI, and WHIP are the best shot. Still nevery for me, crossing my fingers.

Congrats bleh and lethal for locking up some money for finishing 1-2 in the regular season. You guys also get a bye for the first round of the playoffs.

Congrats on the win, Woland Warriors! It looks like we've all been Doug Fistered.

Floppy gets $210 (1st playoffs).
Stripes gets $160 (2nd both).
Bleh gets $230 (1st season, 3rd playoffs).

Correct?

Congrats floppy, on a job well done! I thought I had you mid-week, but a few ill-timed poor starts, and a general team offensive slump(sound familiar?) were my undoing.

Thanks to lethal for allowing me to take over his team, he left a good foundation to build on. And thanks to all in the league for having me, infrequent poster that I am. I consider this to be one of the most knowledgable Phillies forums on the 'net, and the competitiveness of this league reinforced that.

And finally, drafting is overrated!(Although it is half the fun! Hope I can make it next year.)

Possible keepers available for trade. I'm willing to package 2 or 3 for 1, if it's an upgrade. I have a bunch of good potential keepers, so if you only have 2 or 3 that you're satisfied with, consider a trade. Prices include inflation.

Mike Napoli $14
Joey Votto $38
Ben Zobrist $14
Brett Lawrie $5
Troy Tulowizki $28
Desmond Jennings $7
Mike Trout $5
Brandon Belt $8
Peter Bourjos $5
Dom Brown $9
Leonys Martin $5
Ryan Lavarnway $5
Brett Jackson $5
Hanley Ramirez $59

Jonny Venters $10
Sergio Romo $6
Jonathan Papelbon $17
Drew Storen $9
Kerry Wood $5
Eric Surkamp $5
Mike Minor $5
Ricky Romero $9
Cory Luebke $5
Brandon Morrow $9
Shelby Miller $5
Drew Pomeranz $5
Jarrod Parker $5

If I didn't have Asdrubal Cabrera coming back @ $5, I'd be really interested in Tulo. I love me some Tulo in fantasy.

i know a few of us are involved in the other draft, but i thought it might be a good idea to bump this to start a discussion. last year the draft was the first sunday in march. we should probably soon start to see who is coming back so we can find a replacement if anybody isn't. also, we can start to pick a date so everyone has enough time to get out of whatever they were doing/keep it free.
