But he wore to his protest outfit to the game, at which time we were only up 7.5.

I grew up in the 70s Mike Schmidt-Steve Carlton-Larry Bowa, etc. era. To me it feels like the natural order has finally been restored.

You, you're good you.

Also, unrelated to mozart's neuroses, we're 5 over at home now.

Mostly, I wore the protest outfit because, if not to a baseball game, when the hell else am I going to wear it? The first time I wore it, it really was to protest; this time, I decided to wear it, then had to come up with a reason that fit with the "protest" motif I had already established.

The important part here is the Phillies are 2-0 in games where I've worn it this year. I have the "B" plan this year, and it has mostly really sucked by luck of the draw - at one point I was like 3-9 in games I'd been to. So any little thing that helps me feel like I'm encouraging victory...

let's just say that I if this keeps up I won't be hanging on every pitch of every inning of the Phils' 9/17 contest vs the Nats
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

at the game tonight. the 9th inning was absolutely insane. i was in the last row in 306. so i had a good birds eye view of everyone. i was impressed by how loud everything was and how everyone was on their feet. it was like the playoffs again

It's not just tonight, though maybe this was an more intense than usual...It's every time the game's on the line in the late innings. No one leaves early.
