Same.

I think part of in in our case is that absence makes the heart grow fonder. If they opened one in Times Square or something, we'd probably go once and never come back. As it is, every time I drive down south, I stop by 1, usually the one at Hamilton Town Center.

Stay in school, kids.

I use the knuckle trick to remember which months have 31 days. So what?

Paid with my card. My card expires in June.

@ Smitty, dunno, I just think it's odd that June being the sixth month isn't a common fact to some people.

I'm off today. It's the first day of the tourney. I'm sitting on my couch in a green Phils hat, green t-shirt and gold mesh shorts. I'm cooking bangers and mash for dinner. I'm listening to the Pogues. I don't think I'm gonna be more content than this for quite some time.

I can dig it. I am just messing with you. I learned the kncukle thing sometime in the 90s and thought it was the coolest thing ever because I sure as hell can't get that rhyme right: 30 days hath November and a few other months do too and others have 31. Never worked for me.

Any of you Irish guys ever have colcannon? My wife makes it sometimes. It's pretty good.

I've had it a couple times. I prefer it to plain cabbage, surely. But I'd rather go to town on mashed potatoes separately.

Surprised that Sulzberger feels his online general readership rag is worth almost twice what Murdoch's online biz rag charges

You'd like the way mrs. smitty makes it. Uses real Irish butter and cheese and nice corned beef. If you're ever in town we'll feed you some and you can judge.

I've got an old Irish aunt up out in Seattle. I'll put it on the itinerary for my future cross-country trip.
