Need to start one of these three infuriating WRs: Mike Wallace (vs Ind), Steve Smith (Buf) or Stevie Johnson (Car). Thoughts?

To go with my day of bad decisions I went with Smith. Would have won already but now need 7 points out of Lynch tonight. Also, I hate fantasy football.

someone has offered me a straight swap of tony gonzalez for owen daniels (i have owen daniels).

before the season, i would have said yea, but owen has been productive through 2 weeks, while gonzo, not so much. Its tough to say no though, gonzalez is still getting plenty of targets his way, but once roddy white is fully healthy, he'll lose some. Owen was good for me last season, but gonzalez is historically reliable.

what say you guys

give: moreno, michael floyd

get: jordan cameron, issiah pead (or some equally crappy wr)

i dont really have a te. moreno is my only back up RB. i have brandon jacobs and michael bush too. i start mccoy, lamar miller, and david wilson.

idk how i feel about it though.

Gonzalez for Daniels might be worth doing though I would bet that they end the year pretty close in points. The one downside to Daniels is that it seems like Graham is getting more involved in the offense. Interestingly, only the Ravens have more pass attempts than Houston through two games.

The Moreno for Cameron deal seems like a no-brainer to me, particularly with Shady and Miller on your roster. It is only two games but Cameron is putting up Jimmy Graham-type games already.

Full disclosure on comments above: My team is 0-2 and going nowhere.

moreno seems to be pretty entrenched as the guy in denver now. i think i am going to hold on to him and pick up charles clay off waivers.

Probably a good move considering how I am doing so far this year. Anyway, I am fielding offers for Foster at this point and got an offer of Wayne and Montee Ball. The same guy has Le'Veon Bell. You think Wayne and Bell is enough value for Foster (who, as you know, is in a bit of a time share and would be $51 next season)? Should I try to add V. Davis or Gresham too?

ended up trading michael floyd for martellus bennett. floyd was on my bench. this way i get to keep moreno too. bennett is better than clay as well.

Idiot in my 14 team league wrote:Alright lads, so, I needed to pick up a kicker due to getting the Browns guy.

I had every intention to drop Rob Streater, but in the haze of my old lady bitching at me and not paying full attention, I dropped Bernard Pierce.

Now, as I have said to a bunch of you, I really like Pierce and would never have dropped him. So, I am requesting that we chalk this up to an honest mistake and allow Carl to adjust the rosters.

What do you guys think of this? It somehow got a league vote and he got the 7 votes needed to get Pierce back on his roster. This is a group of 14 guys from college, so he played the "we're all friends" card but I tried to explain that it was also for money and he clicked on submit on both the first screen and the confirmation screen.

It sucks, but #$!&@ like this seems to happy once a year or so in this league. I like all the guys a lot, but at $50 its not really worth staying in this one if I have other options for bigger money.

It killed me to deal him but I just traded Foster ($41) for Bernard ($24) and Hilton ($11); helps for this year and next. I will note that I had dealt Hilton to this guy in the off-season for Vereen.

I'd probably go Shorts. I love the Lions, but I don't love their secondary targets. Too much there with Megatron, Bush, and even Pettigrew without looking for guys like Burleson and Broyles, yet anyway. Shorts vs the Raiders seems like a pretty good play.

3-0 to start the season. I started Burleson this week, and it paid off.

At 0-5, I am in full rebuild mode. Dude that owns Jones dropped him now that he is IR; salary is $36 so $46 next season. Is he worth picking up as a hold? I would probably drop David Wilson ($15) to get Jones as (i) he has sucked; (ii) he is out multiples weeks, at least and (iii) I think NYG might get Brown heavily involved when he returns.

Rest of roster:

QB - Kap / Manuel
RB - Bernard / Lacy / Vereen / Wilson / A. Brown / Tate
WR - Dez / Hilton / Amendola / Woods
TE - Miller

Made a monster trade:

I Gave up:

Andre Johnson
Josh Gordon
Colston
Spiller
Vernon Davis

I Got:
Calvin Johnson
Jamaal Charles

The guy who I traded with wouldn't also give me Rivers, but ended up dropping him as part of the trade and I got him off waivers. As long as Calvin Johnson isn't dead forever I think I did pretty damn well for myself.

I have another team now offering things for Charles. One offer was Jimmy Graham/Chris Johnson for Charles/Jermichael Finley.

Right now I have:
QB - Rivers, Cam
RB - Shady, Charles, Powell, Tate, B. Brown
WR - Johnson, Decker, Jeffery, K. Allen, R. Randle
TE - Finley
