1) walk 6-7 miles. once or twice i've only done five because it was in a steady downpour. on days i have off i'll usually walk 15 miles because i get bored.
2) drink water. i got this 30 oz. aluminum tumbler and i'm drinking water like never before. i just never liked drinking it and i bet it'd take me a week to drink a gallon, but now i'm drinking a gallon a day.
3) stop eating after work. i get home between 1230-1am and used to eat dinner then. i've been able to give that up completely.

i've dropped 31 pounds and have been feeling much better. i plateaued a bit this last week, but i know my diet can get better too. switching it up a bit to get back on track.

Keep it up!

Do you just walk for 90 minutes when you get home? That's a long time!

i usually do it first thing after i wake up or after i read the paper. i don't start work until 5. on days i'm off i'll do 7 in the morning and then i usually get bored around 530/6 so i'll do another 7-8 miles, listen to the first few innings of the phils game.

Basically been doing the same because I got promoted to the control room at my plant, My average step count at work went from 16-18K a shift in the field to about 1K in the control room. I gained over 10lbs the 1st month being in the control room so I joined planet fitness to walk/run because there’s one 500 yards or so away from my house and stuck to just drinking water, lost the 10lbs I gained in about 2 weeks.....I need better eating habits though but it’s tough when I’m working 12.5 hour shifts 4 times a week with half then being overnight

If you're just drinking what you said, then I can't see the caffeine being the sole issue to the weight, it was the affect it had on other behavior. That is unless you normally go crazy on cream/milk/sugar.

(Not a nutritionist)

No, black coffee

I think the blood sugar and or cortisol spike was huge

still dropping a pound a week, with no changes to diet and a loss of 60 minutes a day of walking. pretty crazy
