Love the thread title.

Seriously would dump Okafor + whatever to get Dunn/Buddy

I thought Hield was a joke as a lottery pick all year. I don't think he is anymore. That guy can shoot and can do things off the dribble now too.
Do it again!

yup.....#7 right now, which is 4.3%. Jumps to 6.3% if they pass the Pelicans and 8.8% if they pass the Wolves. For the half-empty crowd, they're also only 2.5 games away from dropping to #11

Friend who works downtown Denver got sent home early. Wind was crazy. They don't get snow days there so you know it's bad.

We have something like a 55% chance at a top 2 pick. 80ish% of top 3, but that's not nearly as exciting.

gr wrote--"so, Ingram is a better shooter, but Simmons is a better all around talent, is that the basic split?"

Ingram has a larger wingspan and is probably a slightly better defender right now. Simmons sees the floor better, finishes well at the rim, can handle like a point guard, and can shoot from about 15 feet and in right now.

I'll take either one, but I think Ingram is a better fit, and Simmons has the better chance of developing into a transcendent player.
Marquelle Fultz: (6/23) "My goal is to be the best player in the NBA."
Ben Simmons: (8/28) "My goal is to be the best in the league."
Don't fight, Embiid has this covered.

If you believe that free throw percentage in college is better than college 3% at indicating pro 3%, Ingram and Simmons would be pretty similar shooters.

I mean I suppose that's possible, but Ingram is 78-188 and Simmons was 1-3

At some point you have to actually shoot 3 pointers to be good at it, no?
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

Simmons took three 3s? Wish there was a lebron in this draft. Guess Cavs would win the lottery if that were the case though.

Russ Smith set a new NBDL record with 65 points (24/42, 16/20 FTs). Nobody else on the Sevens took more than 14 shots

soren bait:

"I think this year I had to deal with a lot more than I have the past couple," Noel said. "It has been the toughest year for me this year.

"I think I've done the best possible [job] just staying uplifted and continuing to play my game no matter what circumstances, whether playing out of position or doing things that I wasn't comfortable with.

"I'm saying they are uncomfortable shots, but there's times when you know we play against a couple of teams that like to pack the paint especially," he said.

Noel has been the subject of critics when his shots don't fall. What they don't know is that he's his hardest critic. That and the mounting losses are the reason it's getting harder for him conceal his frustration.

"I obviously don't like to lose," he said, "and I don't like to be embarrassed and I don't like to be shown up in any type of way. . . .

"When things don't go right, it does bother me for a little while and I do what I can to get through it."
