Kruk on ATHF

Kruk on ATHF

Don't know if anyone caught this tonight, however, John Kruk starred (with '93 era mullet) on Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Like the show in general, the episode is strange. Check out the NY v. Philly dynamic between Jersey low-life Carl and Kruk (he supposedly hit John in the head with a battery at Shea in '89.)

The episode was great last night. I can't believe they are actually doing a whole season without the Aqua Teens.
Yes son. I'm the best mono-thingy guy there ever was.

I'll watch it later, but it sounds like this is the second episode that's made good use of an early 90s marginal-star athlete. First it was the center for that Superbowl Giants team that acted as a spirit guide for Carl but was revealed to be a kind of junky robot and now THIS. THIS!

That episode sucked, I'm sorry. They used three quirky pseudo-celebrity cameos, and they added absolutely nothing to the episode. And was the main plot of the episode.

I've heard good things about that show, but certainly wouldn't tune in based on those clips.

Who were the other two pseudo celebrities?

Why no Shake, meatwad, or frylock?

I think it's some kind of stunt. No idea why, though.

I love ATHF and am really surprised its lasted as long as it did. I figured after season 4 or so it would have run its course. Haven't watched it in a few years though, mainly because I can't seem to find when it is on.

I agree, that episode was not really very funny. Really suffers without Master Shake.

it needs a second zipper, and a full length spandex bodysuit.

i know a guy, if you're interested.
if you don't know what the wrestlers are trying to do--how certain moves and holds are supposed to work and so forth, then it might just look like too sweaty guys rolling around on a mat.

Oh. I'm replying to a Steagles post. Um. OK.
